Our people are our greatest asset and they make the organisation it is today. We strive to create a healthy culture and sustain an enabling environment for our people where they can learn, grow, achieve and thrive. We have 21 different nationalities working at Aqua Metro, we want all our people to feel equally welcome, valued, respected and included in our organisation.
As we all work extremely hard to realise Aqua Metro’s vision of becoming a leader in the sector, it is critical that we continue to invest in our people, their development and the offering we provide to our existing and future clients. We must always strive for the best standard in everything we do and deliver our projects in conjunction with our clients at the highest possible standards, whilst ensuring all people who work on our projects go home safely each day.
Over the last 12 months we have grown significantly, doubled the size of the business and employed over 50 new members into the team which created the need to ensure all our teams and aspiring future leaders are supported, trained and provided with the tools to perform at their best.
Along with the significant training and development program we have also developed comprehensive social value delivery framework under one Aqua Metro to support Mental Health and Wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity, First Nation Engagement and Education and Fight Against Domestic Violence.
